- If your next scheduled dose is more than 4 days away: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember.
- If your next dose is within 4 days: Skip the missed dose and take your next scheduled dose on your usual day.
- Important: Do not double your dose to make up for a missed injection.
Wegovy (Semaglutide)
- If you miss a dose and it’s within 5 days of your scheduled day: Take the missed dose as soon as possible.
- If more than 5 days have passed: Skip the missed dose and take your next injection on the scheduled day.
