The Wegovy® 7.2mg single-dose pen is a higher-strength version of Wegovy® (semaglutide) designed for selected adults with obesity who may benefit from a higher maintenance dose after clinical assessment. The Wegovy 7.2mg single use pen became available in the UK in June 2026.
Unlike lower-dose Wegovy® FlexTouch® pens, the Wegovy® 7.2mg pen is a single-use pre-filled pen. Each pen contains one weekly dose and has a built-in hidden needle, meaning there is no need to attach or change needles.
A pack contains 4 individual pens, providing a complete 4-week supply when used as prescribed.
