When placing an order, you’ll be asked to provide your registered UK GP’s details. For certain high-risk medications — including GLP-1 injections such as Mounjaro and Wegovy — this information is mandatory in line with UK clinical safety and prescribing guidelines.
Our clinical team will send a notification letter to your GP after your first prescription, informing them of the treatment prescribed. This is a standard process designed to support your overall healthcare management.
If you are unwilling or unable to provide your GP details, we will not be able to proceed with your treatment. In this case, your order will be cancelled and a full refund issued.
