You’re free to order your medication whenever it suits you — there’s no ongoing commitment and no automatic billing. You stay fully in control of when and how often you reorder.
To make things easier, we send a reminder email around one week before your next order would typically be due.
Reordering is simple:
Log into your Lotus account
Click the “Reorder” button
Answer a few quick questions to confirm you’re getting on well with your medication and that there have been no changes to your medical history
Once approved, your order is processed and sent via free next-day delivery.
