Foundayo is licensed for weight loss and weight maintenance in adults with:

Weight-related health conditions may include high blood pressure, abnormal cholesterol or blood-fat levels, prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, obstructive sleep apnoea or cardiovascular disease.
A Lotus prescriber will also assess your medical history, current medicines, previous GLP-1 treatment, side effects, pregnancy plans and whether Foundayo is the most appropriate option for you.
Foundayo is not licensed for anyone under 18 years old. It may also be unsuitable, or require additional clinical assessment, if you have previously had pancreatitis, severe digestive problems such as severe gastroparesis, gallbladder problems, severe heart failure, diabetic eye disease or significant medicine interactions.
