We’re proud to offer FREE next-day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24, so you can receive your treatment quickly and without extra cost. Please note: whilst we try our absolute best to process orders as quickly and safely as possible, NEXT DAY DELIVERY IS NOT GUARANTEED.

📦 Orders placed before 11am on weekdays will normally arrive the next working day (maximum 3 working days).

🌙 Orders placed after 11am on weekdays, or anytime on the weekend, will usually arrive within 2 working days (maximum 4 working days).

⛔ We do not dispatch medications on Saturdays or Sundays.

Please note that these timeframes only apply once we have all the information needed to safely prescribe your medication. This may include photo ID, progress or verification photos, a completed medical questionnaire, and any additional information requested by our clinical team.

Your order will only be dispatched after our prescribers have reviewed and approved your treatment.

On the evening your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from Royal Mail with your tracking information and in-flight delivery options. These may include the ability to reschedule your delivery day, have your parcel left with a neighbour, or redirect it to a local Post Office branch.

While we always aim to meet these timeframes, delivery dates are not guaranteed and depend on Royal Mail services.
