Yes — we require proof of your registered UK home address. This must match the address you have registered with your NHS GP or UK-based private doctor.
This is a key part of our clinical safety checks, as we send your GP a letter after your first consultation to inform them of the medication we’ve supplied.
Proof of address is typically provided during your initial online assessment, when you upload a form of ID such as a driver’s licence or passport. If needed, we may request an additional document — such as a recent utility bill — to verify your address.
Please note: We can only treat patients with a UK address.
