Royal Mail offers flexible in-flight delivery options, meaning you can change when and where your parcel is delivered once it has been dispatched.
Available options with Royal Mail Tracked 24 may include:
Change the delivery day
Deliver to a preferred neighbour
Redirect to your local Post Office® branch
You’ll receive an email, SMS, or Royal Mail app notification when your parcel is on its way- usually on the same evening as your parcel has been dispatched from our pharmacy. From there, you can:
Open Track & Trace (via the email link or royal mail app)
Select “Change Delivery Options”
Enter your postcode if required
Choose your preferred alternative delivery option
This gives you full flexibility and peace of mind if your plans change.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and are packed to keep medication safe for up to 48 hours from dispatch. If delivery is attempted within this timeframe and you’re not available (or you refuse the delivery), your parcel will be taken to your local Royal Mail depot for collection.
In this situation, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements, as the cold-chain cannot be guaranteed after a missed delivery. Any medication received must be used within 30 days.
To avoid this, you can manage your delivery using the Royal Mail tracking link in your dispatch email — for example, you can change the delivery day, leave it with a neighbour, or redirect it to your local Post Office®.
