You can view your current loyalty credit balance by logging into your Lotus account and clicking 'Refer & Earn'.
To make the most of your rewards, you can choose to either:
- ✅ Apply your credit automatically with each new order
- ✅ Save it up and use it when you're ready — within 6 months
Once expired, loyalty credit cannot be reinstated — so be sure to use it before the 6-month window closes!
