If you have recently added your birthday to your Lotus account and cannot see your birthday loyalty points yet, please don’t worry. There is a 30-day waiting period before birthday points are credited.
This rule helps prevent misuse of the loyalty system, such as customers adding a birthday date just to immediately receive points.
If the birthday you enter is within the last 30 days, the points will not appear straight away. Instead, they will be automatically credited 30 days after the date is added to your account.
If your birthday is more than 30 days away when you add it, your birthday points will be credited on your birthday as normal.
