If your payment wasn’t successful, don’t worry - this can happen for a number of common reasons, such as:
- Spelling errors in your billing address or postcode
- Expired or invalid card details
- Security checks triggered by your bank
- Insufficient funds
- Technical issues during payment processing
You may also notice a temporary pending charge on your bank account. This does not mean payment has been taken - these funds are usually released automatically within a few hours (or up to a few days, depending on your bank).
You can try using a different card or wait until the pending charge disappears before trying again.
Your order will remain on hold until a successful payment is made. As soon as your payment goes through, we’ll send you a confirmation email and receipt.
