Once you place an order for medication (Mounjaro® or Wegovy®) with Lotus, you’ll automatically receive an email with a link to download the app and activate your access. Please check your inbox and junk folder for an email titled "Your exclusive access is ready — download the Lotus App now 🔓".
Alternatively, you can download the app directly from your device’s app store:
- iPhone: Search “Lotus Health Co” on the App Store
- Android: Search “Lotus Health Co” on the Google Play Store
When opening the app for the first time, log in using the same email address you used to place your Lotus order.
🚨 Please note: If you haven’t placed an order within the last 60 days, your access may have expired. In this case, you can regain access by placing a new medication order or subscribing to the app-only membership for £19.99/month.
