Yes — ongoing clinical review is a key part of our service to ensure your safety, effectiveness of treatment, and long-term success. As a CQC regulated clinic, patient safety is our first priority.
Every time you reorder, we ask you to complete a short Wellbeing Questionnaire. This includes:
- ✅ Your up-to-date weight and height (to monitor progress)
- ✅ Any side effects or symptoms you’re experiencing
- ✅ Changes to your medications, allergies, or medical history
- ✅ Your activity levels
These answers help our clinicians ensure your treatment remains appropriate, effective, and safe.
We also conduct annual clinical medication reviews. During this review, you’ll be asked more detailed questions about your health, progress, and goals — and we may request up-to-date photographs as part of this process or at any time at the discretion of our clinical team.
