If your consultation has been declined, it means that our clinical team has determined that treatment may not be safe or appropriate at this time.
You will have received a clear explanation of the reason for this decision in the email we sent you, or during any recent communication with our team.
If you believe you may still be eligible for treatment, we strongly recommend speaking with your NHS GP or local healthcare provider for a face-to-face assessment. They can offer further guidance and explore other options for supporting your weight management journey.
