If you need to cancel an order you've just placed, please contact us immediately via Contact Form or telephone. We'll always do our best to help - however, please note the following important information:
- If your prescription has not yet been sent to the pharmacy, we may be able to cancel your order and issue a refund.
- If your prescription has already been sent to the pharmacy, it can no longer be cancelled - at this point, clinical checks and dispensing begin, and the medication is prepared for dispatch.
- We cannot guarantee cancellation even if you message us promptly - it depends on when your request is seen and processed by a member of the Lotus team.
Please also be aware that due to medication safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once medication has been dispensed and dispatched from our pharmacy - even if it remains unused or unopened.
