Once your medication is dispatched by our pharmacy (usually in the afternoon, Monday to Friday), Royal Mail will typically send you a confirmation email by early evening.
This email includes your tracking number, which you can enter into the Royal Mail tracker here:

Here are a few things to check:
- 📬 Check your junk or spam folder in case the email landed there.
- ⏳ If your parcel was dispatched recently, Royal Mail may take a little time to send the tracking email - we recommend waiting a few hours.
- 💬 Still no tracking number? Contact our team via Contact Form - we may be able to retrieve your tracking code manually from our system.
If you haven’t received an "Order Approved" email from us yet, it may mean your order is still being reviewed by a prescriber. Once approved, dispatch and tracking follow shortly after.
You can also log into your Lotus account at any time to check the status of your order.
