We always ship your parcel to the address entered at the time of checkout. If the shipping address on your order was entered incorrectly, we regret that we are unable to send a replacement - please take care to review your address carefully before placing future orders.
However, if you entered your shipping address correctly and believe that Royal Mail has delivered your parcel to the wrong address without your instruction, please contact our team via the Contact Form immediately. We will investigate the issue with our courier and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
