Reordering your medication with Lotus is easy and quick.
If you’re placing a one-off order, just follow these steps:
- Log into your Lotus account at account.lotusweightloss.co.uk.
- On your account home page, scroll down and click the purple ‘Reorder’ button.
- You’ll be prompted to complete a short Wellbeing Questionnaire, where we ask about:
- Your current weight
- Any side effects or symptoms
- Changes to your medical history, medications, or allergies
- Whether you wish to stay on the same dose, increase, or decrease
- Once completed, you’ll be directed to select your medication and dose, then proceed to checkout and payment.
You can place a one-time order up to 2 weeks in advance of your due date, and we’ll send helpful email and SMS reminders 1 week before you’re due to order, so you never run out.
