We understand your concern — ensuring your medication stays safe and effective is extremely important to us.
📦 About Our Packaging
All Mounjaro® and Wegovy® pens are shipped in insulated packaging with gel packs, designed to keep them cool for up to 48 hours from the time they leave our pharmacy.
It’s completely normal for gel packs to be soft upon arrival — this does not mean the medication is unsafe. The packaging is also designed to account for gradual warming during delivery.
🧊 Mounjaro® Storage
- Unopened pens: Store in the fridge (2–8°C). Discard if frozen.
- After first use: Can be stored at room temperature (below 30°C) for up to 30 days.
- Can also be returned to the fridge if needed — moving between fridge and room temp is safe.
- Always store with the cap on, and never with a needle attached.
🧊 Wegovy® Storage
- Unopened pens: Keep in original carton, store in fridge (2–8°C). Discard if frozen.
- After first use: Store below 30°C for up to 28 days.
- Discard if exposed to temperatures above 30°C, light, or out of fridge beyond 28 days.
⚠️ High Temperatures
If your pen has been exposed to temperatures above 30°C for a significant time (e.g. during a heatwave or while travelling), it may be unsafe to use and should be discarded.
