To log into your Lotus account, you’ll be asked to enter your email address. You’ll then be sent a One Time Password (OTP) to your inbox, which you must enter to complete login.
Your OTP will expire after 15 minutes. If needed, you can request a new OTP every 30 seconds.
If you're experiencing issues, here are a few things to check:
- ✅ Make sure you entered your email address exactly as registered with Lotus. Even a small typo will prevent the OTP from being sent.
- 🔁 Try clearing your browser cache or switching to a different browser or device if the code isn’t being accepted.
- 📥 Check your spam or junk folder for the OTP email, especially if you haven't received it after a few moments.
