- A full-length photo of you standing, facing the camera, from head to toe
- Your face must be clearly visible — no sunglasses or phones blocking your face
- Photo should be taken in good lighting
- Wear fitted clothing that shows your current body shape (no oversized items)
- The image must be recent (within the last 30 days)
- The photo must be unedited and unretouched
Please reply directly to the email you received with your updated photo. Our team will upload it securely to your patient record so we can continue processing your order.
