If you've received an email from us asking for a new photo ID, it means the one you uploaded didn’t meet our clinical or regulatory requirements. This step is important to verify your identity and ensure we can safely prescribe your medication.
Please reply directly to the email you received and attach a new photo ID that meets the following criteria:
- Clearly shows your name, date of birth, and expiry date
- Clearly displays your face
- Is not blurred - all details must be easy to read
Accepted forms of ID include:
- UK or international passports
- UK or international driving licenses
- National ID cards or voter ID cards
- Cards featuring the PASS logo
Once we receive the correct ID, we’ll upload it securely to your patient account so that your order can continue to be processed.
Your privacy is important to us. Your ID is stored securely and will only be used by our clinical team for identity verification. We follow all GDPR and UK data protection guidelines to keep your information safe.
