In order to safely prescribe your requested dose, we require clear evidence of your most recent medication use. This is especially important if you are:
- Switching providers
- Restarting treatment after a break
- Increasing your dose beyond the standard starting level
If we’ve contacted you, it means the photo or screenshot you submitted was missing some required details.
What your evidence must show:
- Your full name (must match your Lotus account)
- The medication name and dosage
- A clear date on the label or order — within:
- Last 8 weeks if you’re increasing your dose
- Last 12 weeks if you’re staying at the same dose or lowering
- Last 6 months if you’re restarting at the lowest dose
Acceptable forms of evidence include:
- A photo of the medication box or pen with pharmacy label attached
- A screenshot of a previous order confirmation from another provider
Your order will remain on hold until we receive valid proof. Please reply directly to the email we sent you with the updated photo or screenshot. We’ll review and process your order as soon as the correct evidence is received.
