If you've had a break in your GLP-1 medication (such as Mounjaro or Wegovy), you may need to restart at a lower dose or continue at your last dose depending on how long it’s been since your last injection.

As a general rule of thumb:
- If it's been 4-8 weeks since your last injection — you must stay on your current dose for at least 4 weeks before increasing again.
- If it's been more than 8 weeks since your last injection — you will need to restart at the lowest dose.
- If it's been more than 6 months — we’ll need to treat you as a new patient and re-assess your eligibility via our clinical consultation process.
