Please note:
- 📩 You can only request a new OTP every 30 seconds
- ⏳ Each OTP remains valid for 15 minutes, so you have plenty of time to enter it
- 📧 Make sure you're entering the same email address you used when you registered with Lotus
- 📥 Don’t forget to check your junk/spam folder in case the email doesn’t arrive in your main inbox
