Once your refund has been processed by our team, the funds will be returned to your original payment method.
In most cases, you should see the refunded amount in your bank account within 1–2 business days. However, depending on your bank's processing times, it may take up to 10 business days.
If your refund has already been initiated on our end, you’ll have received a refund receipt email from us. Please check your inbox and junk or spam folder in case it has landed there.
If it’s been more than 10 business days since receiving your refund receipt and the funds haven’t appeared in your account, we recommend contacting your bank directly first. If you still need assistance, feel free to reach out to us.
